River Tails Grooming Co. was founded on a simple belief: a groom should never feel rushed, noisy or stressful for your dog.
That's why we work strictly 1-2-1. Your dog is the only dog in the salon for the duration of their appointment, so there's no waiting in crates, no barking around them and no pressure to hurry.
We take the time to read each dog's body language, work at their pace and build trust visit after visit — especially with puppies, seniors and nervous rescues.
Every groom is tailored to coat type, skin condition and temperament, using gentle handling and quality products. Ear cleaning and nail clipping are included with all grooms where required, and we'll always talk you through what your dog's coat needs at home.
